The harvest

Our vines grow on mainly limestone or clay-limestone soils, bathed in the Mediterranean sun and swept by the famous Mistral.

We choose our grape varieties in harmony with our natural environment and our terroir. Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, and Rolle are among the most widely grown grape varieties in our vineyards.

The grapes are picked at optimal ripeness to ensure the perfect balance between alcohol and acidity. Harvesting is done "cool" to prevent the grapes from spoiling, and they are then brought to the winery at the lowest possible temperature.
