Var hillsides in Provence
Surrounded by the Côtes de Provence, the Coteaux Varois region in Provence is the smallest of the Provence appellations. Its sometimes high-altitude terroir and continental climate, with alternating cold winters and scorching summers, allow for a slow and delicate maturation of the grapes, thus preserving all their aromas.
